Very large shaded terrace where to dine al-fresco with nice views complement the accommodation. Access to Villa Xemxija's large pool and spa with ample sun deck equipped with sun beds and shades. Pool is not heated and it will be closed for swimming in the months of December January and February. Note: an eco tax of 0.50 cents per night per persons is applicable and is not included in your payment. It will be paid locally to us here on checking in. Persons under 18 years are exempt of this tax. Air condition use is against payment. Units are operated via coin meter.
