Small house close to sea and city

Newly built guest house with two bedrooms in a rural environment. Beautifully surrounded by forest and fields. Large and lush garden with the opportunity for games and play. Walking distance to sea and lake with three nice bathing spots suitable for children. Close to both Stockholm and the archipelago, 25-30 minutes to Stockholm. Bicycles are available. Also suitable for longer stays, there is work space and fast Wi-Fi so it is possible to work "from home". Washing machine. This house is suitable for a family of four to five. One master bedroom with queen size bed, one bedroom with a bunk bed. Access to baby crib and baby chair. Fully equipped kitchen, tv, AC, wifi. From the balcony or living room you can watch the wildlife. Roe deer, fox, crane are common. And if you are lucky you can also see moose. You have a small terrace with barberque. Bicycles, two adult and one 18". Our Guest house is situated in our garden but you have your own space with lawn, balcony, outdoor barbecue area and parking. Soccer goal, trampoline and other outdoor toys for kids and family time. We stay in the red main building in the same garden, entrance to our house is at the back of the house. We will probably be at home during your stay with us. It is our wish and hope that you will both feel undisturbed and "at home" while staying in the cabin. The garden are for you too, it is free to use trampoline, outdoor toys etc. Our children aged 8 and 10 play a lot outside, we have chickens and roosters and cars drive past on the country road, so it is not completely quiet all time of the day. Sometimes we use the garage under the guest house. If we have to use it a longer time we will tell you in advance. We usually pop by to say hello during the first or second day. Contact information for us with telephone numbers can be found in the guest house so that you can always reach us. You are also welcome up to the house if you have any questions or concerns. The house is situated in Betsede, a small village outside Gustavsberg in the Stockholm archipelago. You'll have lot of opportunities to swim, walk in the forrest or go shopping in one of the local porcelain outlets in Gustavsberg. From the guest house it's a couple of minutes walk to one of the two beaches by the sea. There's also a lake at the same distance where the water often is a couple of degrees warmer. The forrest is just around the corner. And there is plenty of mushrooms and berries during season. Gustavsberg is famoused for it's porcelain factory. Even if the factory is gone they still manufacture porcelain in Gustavsberg. You can buy it in one of many outlets in the harbor area. There are many nice and scenic walks in the neighborhood along the ocean, around the lake and in the forrest. There's a bus stop 50 meters from the house named Ekberga. You can travel from there all the way to Stockholm city but the bus only runs 10 times a day. Gustavsberg is the closest city, two kilometers away. Here you'll find grocery stores, cafés, bakeries, restaurants etc... It's most convenient to travel by car. Parking spot next to the house. During the summer theres a classic, old fashioned, boat going from Gustavsberg to Stockholm and back. Sometimes we use the garage that is situated in the basement under the guest house. This is only during daytime and if we plan to be there for a longer time we always tell our guest in advance.
