This contemporary home is located in the University city of Bangor, with stunning views of the Carneddau mountain range, Mount Snowdon, and distant sea views over Penrhyn Bay towards the Great Orme in Llandudno. Ideally located for Zip World, several magnificent castles, amazing coastal walks in Anglesey and so many other attractions, it has 5 bedrooms and offers parking for 2 cars. Our house is an "upside-down" house,with the main living areas on the top floor, accessed from the level of the car-parking space. Car parking at the property is strictly limited to 2 cars, however there is unrestricted free car parking available on the road for additional vehicles if necessary. We can also offer secure locked storage for bicycles and motorcycles on site, please advise if you need this facility at the time of booking. Exclusive outside space is limited to the large balcony, and to a secluded graveled courtyard, however guests are welcome to enjoy the large garden as shown in the listing photographs. We live in the adjacent property so should be available throughout the majority of your stay. The beauty of this property is it's close proximity to everything you may need, Supermarket, Shops, Restaurants & Pubs, are all but a short distance from the property, however the house is located down a private shared driveway giving peace and quiet for guests to enjoy the spectacular views. The local train station is near by, and just a 2-3 minute taxi ride or 5 to 10 minute walk from the property. There are bus stops within about 200m of the property. Having lived in the area for so long we are able to offer advice on the best places to visit, things to see and do.
