Room 2 is a double room upstairs. It has a shared bathroom. Our price is from $50 per night for 1 person, and from $70 per night for a couple for each room. Please contact us for a price for more than 2 people sharing the one room or for a large group wanting to book several rooms as we rarely have all rooms available at the one time. We have a large comfortable home with three double bedrooms and a single bedroom available with the usual homestay conditions. Our price includes breakfast of juice, cereal, toast, tea and coffee. We can provide special breakfast needs if required. You can make your own dinner or we will provide dinner at a small cost. The upstairs bedrooms have a share bathroom and the downstairs double bedroom has its own bathroom. In each room we provide clean hotel quality bed linen and towels. The upstairs bedrooms are airconditioned. We are in the northern suburbs of Sydney in a quiet bushland setting. Being out of the city centre we can provide you with the tranquility you need after a hard day's sightseeing - away from the noise and lights! We have a pool, wireless internet and cable TV. Use of the family computer if you do not have a laptop (limited to one hour per day). Use of the washing machine is included and we can negotiate a price to use the dryer. There is a barbecue area and a lovely verandah that looks out onto the garden where you can sit and have breakfast or just grab a book and sit and relax (maybe with a glass of wine!) If you are staying for a while to visit Sydney use of a car would be advisable to take advantage of all the sights in this wonderful city and its surrounds. We are 45 minutes by car from the Northern Beaches and 5 minutes to the M1 which takes you to the Central Coast. We are 200 metres from the bus stop that takes you on a 10 minute ride to the major shopping and business district of Hornsby or 5 minutes to the train station, which is a 40 minute trip into the city. We have a good knowledge of the places to visit in the wider Sydney area - not just in the city itself. We provide breakfast and lots of good talk around the dinner table with a glass of red (or white) wine each night. We are known for our hospitality and love older travelers.
