For your comfort, our guest room features brand new carpet, built in robe, chest of drawers, TV with DVD player, queen sized bed with quality sheets and linen. Fresh bath towels are provided for your use during your stay. Our guests have access to a shared bathroom with a soaker tub and separate shower. There is a washing machine and dryer available and an iron and ironing board in the laundry. Breakfast are not included but can be provided, with prior notice and subject to our availability, please make us aware of any wants likes dislikes or allergies. There is off street parking available. We have a standard poodle who is very friendly, and a Balinese cat who has just joined our family. We will be here to welcome you and we live in the house. This is our family home and we have our family and friends visiting often. We will continue to live our life while you stay with us. We enjoy interacting with our guests and will chat with you as little or as much as you like. We are always happy to share a glass of wine in the evenings or a coffee or tea with our guests. Manningham is a small friendly suburb that is a short drive from the city. Buses run every 15 minutes to the heart of the cbd. Beaches are within a 20 minute drive and. Access to the Adelaide hills and Barossa Valley are easy from here. The airport is about 10kms away. There are restaurants near by. Adelaide, The Parade in Norwood and North Adelaide where there are many eateries only a short drive away. There are buses a two minute walk away that run every 15 minutes. Adelaide is a very easy city to drive in
