Ideal for solo travelers looking to experience the regular Ghanaian living. Located in the heart of Ashaley Botwe New Town, right by the roadside for easy transportation access. (Uber/Bolt/Troski (Ghana's commercial mini vans)). Indoor gym area is perfect for that morning burst of sweat without needing to step out. 20 mins drive away from the Airport (KIA), 15 mins drive away from the Accra Mall and 10 mins drive away from East Legon where you can find all kinds of fun and food places to enjoy. 1. It is a 2 bedroom apartment with an extra room converted into a guest bedroom for visitors to stay in. 2. It has 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen and 1 hall shared by all occupants of the space. 3. The dining area is converted into a cool workout space equipped with some weights, skipping rope, callisthenic rings, a punching bag and a wide mirror for you to check out your cool self as you exercise. The neighbourhood is pretty easy to get around. Proximity to the roadside means you can easily catch a troski (local commercial mini vans) to different parts of town. There are provision stores all around where you can purchase some basic items when needed. I will not be available much, however, I am happy to socialise with guests whenever I can and at guest's request ahead of time. Very bustling neighbourhood. Apartment overlooks the community park where you can enjoy regular soccer matches with local teams. Also very close to the roadside so a lot of vehicular and people movement. Apartment is very close to the roadside providing easy access to both public and private transportation. 1. The neighbourhood is a very active and lively one with small pubs lined up opposite it, a community park where soccer games happen often, a central mosque adjacent it and vehicular traffic due to proximity to roadside, so there is a high potential for noise that I do not control. 2. With that said, you can be sure to have some quiet days and some loud days. The good news is that, on loud days, the windows do provide some amount of noise reduction when you close it though not 100%. 3. Finally, this is a shared living space. I live here with my sister and we manage the space together. Regardless, you can be sure we will stay out of your business and only be of assistance when you need us.
