Touraine Village House Garden Pool

The benefit of being in the heart of Montresor, ranked among France's Most Beautiful Villages, yet enjoying the comfort of a large garden with a spacious pool and great view over the village, its castle and church. This traditional village house has been renovated in the authentic Touraine style (original tiles, exposed beams and stones) with high quality materials and all modern comfort features. It has a terrace and a large garden with a spacious pool (14x5m). Ground floor (on the street): 2 rooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other one with twins beds; 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and stone sink, a heated towel rack, hair dryer and independent WC. First floor (with direct access to the garden): 2 rooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other one with twins beds suitable for teenagers or children; 1 bathroom with a bath tub and double sink, a heated towel rack, hair dryer and independent WC. Second floor (with direct access to the garden): it was the attic of the house which has been converted into an open space with a living-room and a dining-room with a fully equipped open kitchen. There is a TV in the living-room for DVDs only (no TV programs) and a PS3. - Spacious pool for your private use with a pool house having independent WC and outdoor shower; - Garden furnitures, ping-pong table under a porch roof, - we live in the other house located on the property, however, we will be away during your stay. We would be happy to welcome you when you arrive and say farewell when you leave. In between there will be a contact person in the village. We advise you to check on the web all that Montresor region has to offer. This beautiful village has all the comfort you need with a bakery, convenience store, small bar-restaurant, post office and a pharmacy. It is a perfect base to visit the famous "Chateaux de la Loire", the royal town of Loches, world-class Beauval zoo and great vineyards. No bus or train. You need a car to visit us and discover the region but once in Montrésor everything is at walking distance.
