Self-contained apartment in house

Peaceful and tranquil , with a beachy feel, our apartment is a home away from home. With all the comforts you can relax immediately. We are close to the city (15 mins) and the coast (15 mins) and in very close proximity to Flinders University and Medical Centre. (7 mins). We have a self-contained apartment attached to our house with a modern kitchen, a ensuite bedroom (double) a dining room and lounge (which can sleep 2). We are situated 6 mins from Flinders University and hospital, 15 mins from the city or coast and 20 mins to vineyards at Mclaren Vale. The apartment is fantastic because you can have your own space but still have our family around to help you out with info on what to see and where to go in Adelaide. We are in the Mitcham area where there isn't much accommodation and we have 2 separate beds to sleep 2 singles or a couple and an (Website hidden by Airbnb) queen bed and 1 sofa bed. You'll have your own space in the apartment and a small outside area to use with your own entrance. If you are lucky one of the local Koalas may put in an appearance. We will be happy to help you out with tips on exploring Adelaide Our neighbourhood is a typical Australian suburb with a great shopping centre nearby and with close proximity to the city and the beach. Its situated slightly south of the city so closer to McLaren Vale, where world class vineyards are and some famous beaches. We have a bus stop at the end of the street (5 mins walk) that will take you into the city. You'll probably need a car to get around and its best to hire one from the airport on arrival. We will try to organise a carpark but its not guaranteed but we do have a lock up garage for bikes if required. Please note we are in the foothills and there are stairs to get to the apartment. Although you are fully self contained and have your own entrance we can easily leave you access to the laundry and we also have a lock up garage if required for bikes. We will be readily available for any info you need during your stay but will also respect your privacy The neighbourhood is a typical Australian foothills property which means we have the luxury of the bush and its native inhabitants, like Koalas and Kookaburras without the fire risk that living in the Hills poses. We have Pasadena Green supermarket 2 minutes drive or a 15 minute walk away. It is a highly sought after supermarket full off local and organic produce at reasonable prices. Pasadena also has a target, bottle store, medical centre, lots of different takeaway food choices and a coffee shop thats open extended hours. There are bus stops going north and south at the end of Stone street which is a 5 minute walk. We do have a puppy, a cat and a native lizard in the main house. The apartment is pet free but guests often borrow them 😊
