Luxury, cosy apartment in Bruchsal's top location

Apartment 'Obelix' The luxuriously refurbished apartment has a private entrance that can be accessed via stairs through the garden. In front of the apartment is a comfortable terrace where you can sit and relax. Inside it offers everything for the family and business traveller alike. Centrally located, all you need is within a short walk: shops, bars, restaurants, a beautiful farmers market (Saturday and Wednesday) or Bruchsal's 17th-century castle. A cosy living room welcomes you with a comfortable leather settee, a working desk and a 43" smart TV. A spacious bedroom with a (180cm) boxspring bed, comfort blankets (155x220), an additional single bed and a large wardrobe guarantees a good night's sleep. The apartment features a comprehensively equipped kitchen with electric hob, oven and dishwasher. Even a washing machine and ironing board are provided. All windows have secure locks and blinds. In summer the apartment is nice and cool whereas in winter the underfloor heating ensures a cosy and warm climate. Guests have the use of their own private terrace with table and chairs and free use of the gym equipment in the main house. There is plenty of space to leave bikes and other sports equipment. We aim to welcome all our guests in person and we are happy to give tips about the local area. On occasions where this is not possible there is a key safe and plenty of guide books. Situated on one of the Bruchsal's hills, you get a beautiful view over the city. For those who enjoy a walk or a bike ride in the countryside, there are many paths through the fields, forests or the vineyards close by. The Karlsruhe exhibition centre or Heidelberg town centre takes about 40 min by car or S-Bahn. SAP's offices in Walldorf can be reached in 30min by car. On foot, Bruchsal's city centre can be reached in 10 min and the main station in 15 min. If you travel by public transport and do not want to walk, you can take the city bus to the front door but there are always taxis available. Bruchsal is conveniently located 10 min. from the A5 motorway. There are 3 airports within 1.5 hours travel by car or train. (Frankfurt, Stuttgart and Karlsruhe - Baden Baden) Coffee, tea, jam, sugar, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar are provided in the kitchen. Towles are provided and guests can request additional ones if required.
