It is the best choice for a romantic vacation for two, adventurous family holiday or some quality time off your friends. Escape the constraints of everyday life: Our cozy apartment in alpine flair, mixed with modern and high-quality design elements, offers you enough space to relax. The kitchen-living room invites you to a cuddly get-together and is equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine including an Aeroccino milk frother. Enjoy the view of the Pezinerspitze on your couch or relax with the SkyX program with premium channels, series and blockbusters on the flat-screen TV. Recover yourself in the quietly located bedroom with a box spring bed, enjoy a rain shower in the bathroom, take use of the LED mirror and washing machine / dryer - nothing should be left to be desired. Access to the apartment as well as the ski and garbage room is possible via code (in front of the main entrance door). You will receive the access codes for the apartment before your arrival. Due to the excellent location right on the edge of the forest, your holiday adventure starts in front of your door: In just 5min walk you reach the center of the valley, the skiing area See can be reach by feet or by using the free shuttle-bus (bus stop just 100 meters away). The local swimming lake can be reached in 2mins walk. We strongly recommend to visit our famous restaurants, cafés or bars or as well as our grocery store (M-Preis/Spar) just around the corner. The world-famous and exclusive hot spot Ischgl can easily be reached by car or free ski bus in just 20mins. You can access our apartment by car with free parking. Sustainability is also important to us: Our low-energy house cools and heats through three 60-meter-deep geothermal bores - the energy required for this is fed from 100% renewable electricity. In order to guarantee a comfortable indoor climate, wonderful mountain air is automatically ventilated through the central ventilation system.
