Self contained annexe with self catering facilities - downstairs open plan kitchenette with microwave and hob, lounge area (TV/dvd player), dining area. Upstairs in master bedroom king size bed - separate shower room with toilet and wash handbasin. Second bedroom (request booking please) single bed. Breakfast provided on a "cook-in" basis. Suitable for breakfast and lunches but not for cooking a full meal. Plenty of takeaways, pubs and restaurants both in Dersingham and locally. The annexe is set up for couples mainly and offers self contained living in your own private, tranquil space inside and out within the grounds of a private residence, hence off street parking. The LookOut is designed for those wishing to retreat for a few days and enjoy the beautiful area in which it is located. Stunning views of Wash and countryside from Master Bedroom. Country houses, bird watching sites, beaches, golf, walking, great dining are all to be found within easy driving distance. Dersingham has a good bus service including the Coast Hopper so you can leave your car behind. Kings Lynn railway station is a 30 minute bus ride away. Usually we are here to facilitate your stay. In our (unlikely) absence we have a lady who is on hand to answer queries and provide cleaning service during your stay should you wish Dersingham is an active village with Co-op supermarket. Mini market (open all hours) is situated alongside Thaxters; latter offers a tea room/lunch cafe. Also Petals cafe does teas, coffee, cakes Wednesday through Sundays. Two pubs in walking distance, Feathers and Coach n Horses. Three buses per hour to Kings Lynn and Hunstanton. there is a good bus service into Dersingham which links to Kings Lynn Railway station. Walk to the bus stop is around 5-10 minutes depending which bus you catch. Second bedroom has a 2ft 6 in bed and is an open plan setting.
