Single room - ideal for short stays and business

A small single room in a private house situated in a quite residential area with excellent access links to the M6 and M58. Local amenities within walking distance including several takeaways, cafes, restaurants and a few small bars. The room has a small desk so ideal for those shorter stays and for business travellers. There is a small clothes rail rather than full wardrobe space. I do have two other rooms that are double, and have more space suited to longer stays. Get in touch for more info. Garden Shared bathroom (with other guests) and outdoor areas. Please follow social distancing rules and follow safety precautions in communal areas. Under normal circumstances I am happy to be as sociable as preferred. Under current guidelines sadly we will need to maintain socials distancing as best as possible. Please don’t hesitate to let me know if you need anything during your stay. A quite family residential area, well maintained and away from main roads. Please park on the drive if space available or in front of the house. As it is a residential area parking for large commercial vehicles can be difficult so do let me know in advance if you are travelling in large vans or other commercial vehicles. The room has a door that leads to a jack and Jill bathroom however this is not used for this room. The door is locked and the main bathroom will be accessible for you. The jack and Jill bathroom may be used by other guests staying in our double en-suite bedroom. Not suitable if you need to quarantine as it won't be possible to isolate without putting us and other guests at risk. We also do ask to know a little about you and the purpose of your visit, we can then check it’s right for your needs and offer any tips.
