The Conker Store - hideaway near Bath and Priston

A cosy converted coachhouse with rural views, sunny patio and parking by the door. Excellent pub with restaurant in village and beautiful country walks on your doorstep. 10 minutes drive to Bath city centre, and only 5 minutes drive to the park and ride. Bath has many tourist attractions including the Roman Baths and Thermae Spa. There are restaurants to suit every taste and the beautiful Theatre Royal. The Conker Store is a ten minute drive from the wedding venue - Priston Mill. The Conker Store is a self contained cosy pad for 2. Beds can be 2 SINGLES OR A SUPER KING SIZE DOUBLE. Guests park their car just outside and enter via the stable door which can be left open on sunny days. The main room has the kitchen area in the corner, sofa, telly and table. A door leads to the bedroom and then on into the bathroom. The bath has a shower over it. Outside there is a sunny patio to enjoy a glass of wine. We are usually around to say hello to guests when they arrive. Our house is just next door so any queries can be dealt with quickly. If The Conker Store isn't available for your chosen dates then please check out our other cottages just 5 minutes away in Paulton (character cottage) and Timsbury (character cottage in heart of village). The holiday house is just outside Tunley which is a quiet village with a good pub. The next village (Timsbury) has shops, cafe, post office, chip shop etc and is a five minute drive away. Lots of lovely walking in the countryside from your door. A car needed to reach Bath and other attractions. To enjoy this holiday house you need to have a car to be able to reach the sights easily. Public transport is limited. However, with sturdy walking shoes you can cross the field to the pub and go on many walks straight from your door.
