Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Free access to kitchen and everything you need in it to make yourself a dinner. Fridge space available if needed. Or you can relax in a garden after day at work or visiting friends and family. Free WiFi. In a walking distance there are beautiful Stanwick lakes to add extra memories onto your relaxing break. We live in a new estate where people are friendly and kind. Welcome in our 4 bedroom house where me and my 11 years old daughter lives. We very friendly ladies and you will feel like at your own home, cup of coffee and chat is always available if you want to :-) downstairs toilet available too on top of the one just next to your room. Me and my daughter use the ensuite in my bedroom not the bathroom with bath and shower which is for your use. I am happy to answer any questions so pls do not hesitate to contact me on my email or via phone. No smoking at home but free to do it in a garden. My daughter has a severe nut allergy so I kindly ask to do not use or eat any nuts around the kitchen and dining area.
