Summer Saradise

Beautiful home on waterfront esplanade with bushland backdrop located within a short walk to the ferry which accesses Woy Woy. The front verandah has commanding views of the waterways whilst the back deck is surrounded by bush. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and big groups. The property is a well maintained family home with an equipped kitchen which has gas cooking, oven, dishwasher and everything needed for a home cooked meal. Relax in the loungeroom with a movie, or have some drinks on either the front or back decks. Guests will have access to the entire place including a laundry with washer and dryer. Off-street parking (two cars) is also available. Our son, Jarrod will be the key contact throughout your entire stay. He will be nearby if anything is required. Saratoga is a quiet neighbourhood that is surrounded by the Brisbane waterways. It has a small shopping centre with restaurants, hairdressers, pharmacy and grocery store. It is a 15 minute drive to Erina Fair Shopping Centre which has an ice skating rink, cinemas and many fashion stores. It is a 20 minute drive to either Avoca and Terrigal beaches. The Central Coast Ferry runs from Empire Bay to Woy Woy and passes Veterans Hall (located a very short walk from the property) so access to Woy Woy train station is very easy. There are also buses to Gosford and Erina Fair Shopping Centre and the Saratoga shops are a 15 minute walk away. Coffee, tea, bread, butter, milk, juice, cooking oil and condiments will be available for all guests upon arrival.
