House in the Country with Pool

A house in the country side, perfect place for relaxing with quality. With nature as surrounding and quality as a priority, we chose to ensure a unique stay with only one possible drawback: not wanting to leave there! Rustic house with pool in the country side, located in the Minho region of Portugal, very close to Póvoa de Varzim (12km), in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Being a farm belonging to the same family for about 150 years, the old barn has been rebuilt with truthfully care, remembering the original roots alloyed with comfort and functionality of our days. Car Parking - Hair dryer; - water boiler; - Toaster; - Microwave - Dishwasher - Stereo with Bluetooth, CD player, USB and Radio; - Satellite TV Beds configuration in the old barn: - 1 double room (bed with 140*200cm) - 1 double room (2 beds with 90 *200cm separated or side by side for couples) (the rooms sre in the 2nd floor aren't compelitely isolated acusticaly from the living room in the 1st floor, it's differen't experience in a magic place to stay and relax) 2 more independent rooms in the white house: - 1 double bed with 140x200cm - 2 single beds witn 110x200cm - 1 travel baby bed (by request) - 1 baby chair (by Request) All linen and towels are included during your stay + pool towels Bathrooms: 2 bathrooms with shower in the main house (old barn) + 2 independent bathrooms for the extra rooms in the white house. NOTE: The extra rooms in the White House (40 meters from renovated barn) are only available when bookings for more than 4 persons. Each two additional guests we increase one more room independent in the White House. One of the rooms available in the white house has one double bed, 2 single beds and the bathroom is in the middle. This room is excellent for parents with young kids. The pool is also shared with my family that can also stay in the white house but we don't live there and usually don't go there too much. if you need any additional services or advices just let me know. Guests have access to the gardens, pool, shower near pool, place for the car and 2 bicycles. You can contact me by phone, email, imessage, (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN), sms and viber during your stay In line with what is happening in the Portuguese northwest, also in the municipality of Póvoa de Varzim religious festivals are the main manifestation of the collective communities. Spreading throughout the year, however, a clear concentration in the months of June, July and August. Each of the parishes of the county has a favorite devotion. Although every celebration has its own characteristics, it does not nullify the religious and cultural unity of substance. Of all religious festivals stand out Holy Week; S. Peter, big party in town, with the highlight on the night of June 29 to 28; Our Lady of the Assumption, patron saint of fishermen, the 15th of August; and the Lady of Sorrows, September. Deserves particular emphasis because of their size, the cult of Sister Alexandrina recently beatified, and that makes the parish Balasar an important pilgrimage site for domestic and foreign. Recommend to have a car. The house in the country side is 39 km far from Porto and 15 Km far from beach in Vila do Conde. I also have two mountain bicycles available for you to explore the surroundings of the area. Important note: All guests must present a valid identification document at the time of check-in. When you arrive I will provide maps and some suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. Children are always welcome but parents must be aware of the risk with the pool. The pool doesn't has any protection for children. The swimming pool has 6mt large x 12mt length, with depth variations between 2mt on the deepest zone and 0,9mt on the lowest zone. The rooms in the White House will only be prepared and opened for reservations with more than 4 persons. There are 2 rooms in it.
