Cosy garden apartment consisting of en-suite double bedroom, open plan lounge with dining/kitchen area, and shower room. There is a single sofa bed in the lounge suitable for one adult. It has its own front door with access straight out onto patio and garden. Situated conveniently for Dartmoor, the sea, Exeter and Torbay. Opportunities for cycling and walking, or a relaxing break. Pubs & shops within walking distance. Well behaved dogs by arrangement. There is a fully equipped kitchen within the apartment enabling you to prepare your own meals. Breakfast provisions of toast, cereals, tea, coffee and fresh eggs when available are included in the price, and will be put into the apartment prior to arrival. You are also welcome to use the Webber BBQ on your patio. Covid-19 considerations- We would ask guests to consider bringing their own pillows. All laundry will be washed at high temperatures as normal and we will use a steam cleaner for pillows if you do use ours. We have decided that this would be a sensible extra safeguard at this time, and would appreciate your help with this. Anti bac cleaner will be used, however please bring your own personal safety provisions i.e. hand sanitisers etc. The apartment is a self contained and a private space for the duration of your stay. The laundry facilities are within a utility room in the main part of the house, and you are welcome to use these at any time. We are always available to offer advice and guidance during your stay, and will do all that is possible to make your visit stress free. However should you wish to be left alone in your own space, that is also fine. We are placed in a very convenient location for both Dartmoor and the coast (approx 10 minutes in either direction). Being keen walkers we have developed a reasonable knowledge of the area which we can share. Similarly both the historic cathedral city of Exeter and the large resort of Torbay are within 15 minutes travel. The large City of Plymouth is forty minutes by car. The busy market town of Newton Abbot (2 miles) has a main line railway station with regular inter city trains from London and the Midlands, as well as numerous local services to nearby towns and seaside resorts. There are also regular bus routes connecting Kingsteignton with nearby towns (Newton Abbot, Teignmouith, Dawlish, Torbay and Exeter) The apartment and outside space are south-west facing and therefore get sunshine all afternoon and evening with sunsets over Dartmoor. Dogs must have their own beds/crate, not be left for long periods unattended, and be OK with chickens.
