The Warm Room

Warm because it is in the middle of the first floor with a large window facing SE within a windowed front porch that is evolving into an all season greenhouse. The only room in the house with a return vent at ceiling and floor level. This allows you to control the temperature or humidity. Open the top vent to let out humidity and bring the room temperature down. Open the lower vent to take out cold dryer air at the floor level. There is a closet with coat rack and shelves and the option of a television with the minimal Videotron channels. You will have 1 key to the house and 1 for the room. The kitchen and 2 bathrooms are shared. A quiet suburban neighborhood with interesting parks and bike paths. The local Sainte-Julie bus stop is 200 meters away at the corner of Montee-Sainte-Julie and Savaria. Buses within town are free with a direct bus to Place Bonaventure or Metro Longueuil departing from the Sainte-Julie terminus. By car exit highway 20 at exit 102.
