THE APPARTMENT IS CAREFULLY FURNISHED IN THE MORROCAN STYLE. BIG SUNNY TERRACE, WITH 180 DEGREES SEAVIEW, LOVELY SUNSETS, TV, WIFI, UNDERGROUND PARKING. GUARDED 24 HOURS 35 KILOMETERS NORTH OF AGADIR, CLOSE TO IMMOUDER, BOULDER, PARADISE PLAGE AND 2 HOURS FROM ESSAOUIRA: This is my weekend and holiday apartment, where I love to stay after lots of work, roundtrips and people around me. The apartment is situated 12 kilometers north of Taghazout and 33 kilometers from Agadir, very close to some of the best surfpoints in Morocco Here it is so peaceful, calm and I greatly enjoy the fresh air, the great sea view and the pool area. Since I use it mosly myself I have furnished it the way I like and not only to rent it out. The items are all carfully selected on my trips around Morocco and the rest off the world. Let me explain you a little bit more; You have the choice to park the car in the underground parking and get into the apartment from there or from the entrance on the second floor leading to the livingroom and kitchen. Ground floor: Car park with direct entrance to groundfloor. Glassdoor leading to small garden and lemontree outside. Living room with a safari inspired sitting group the a pale blue bedroom with doublebed, WC and shower. Small room for washingmachine and storage. 1 Floor. Here you will find the master bedroom with a big canopy (baldakin) double bed in green and yellow colours and then another bedroom with two separate beds. Bathroom with shower and WC. Floor 2 My american kitchen has all kinds of facilities, micro oven, big fridge, modern, waterheater, coffemachine and other equippment etc... Dining table, moroccan style with barchairs, here you will find place for 10 people, The sitting group in the corner for relaxing or looking at television, is typical low moroccan seating in shades of grey, beige with nice kelim pillows. The tables are the old style moroccan teatables. The television has Spanish, French, Italian, Russian and English channels. This sitting room leads to a big terasse 30 sq.m This terasse is furnished with sunbeds and a table(URL HIDDEN) Seaview 180 degrees. There are Internett only with a USB key for 3G so you must have a small PC to connect. The appartment is situated in a modern tourist complex with 61 units. There are a shared swimmingpool, sunterasse and showers. The complex is situated directly on the beach with a small fishing village close by. Small grocery store in the complex . 3 km to neareast village, restaurants, Aquapart, shops etc. Public busses stops just outside. It will take 35 minutes from the apartment to Agadir by buss or car. Enjoy a peacefull, quiet surroundings close to the beach. Ideal for surfers, some of the best surfspots the area are situated here. The complex is guarded day & night. The pool, private beach and the terrace in the appartment of course. Great for taking sun,or just a quite sundowner and romantique dinner. As much or little the clients wants. Possibilities for cleaning lady. Cook to make moroccan food etc... The peace and quitness. The beauty of the terrace with seaview. Seaview 180 degrees. Great Atlantic sunsets. Walking along the beach. Fishing. Surfing Local buses run just outside the complex. Buses running to Agadir, Taghazout and Essaouira. Also local taxies are running all the time. If you have your own car, there is a private garage. 5 kilometers to the berbertown of Immiouder, you will find the fishmarket, different shops, Aqua Park, Restaurants and the Paradise Beach,Yoga and Spa hotel.
