Old house, just renovated, in the quietness of the countryside, 2 km from Machecoul. In a large flowered and raised garden (8 000 m2), with a heated pool (10m x 4m - heated from the 15th of June, depending on weather), spacious and the charm of an old farm. Very bright with large modern openings, courtyard facing South. Large house single storey, very comfortable and modern, in the charm of the old. Ideal for two families with children. The house is semi-detached with another accommodation on the West side. The courtyard and the garden are turned towards the South and the East thus ensuring autonomy and privacy. Two double bedrooms, one of which can be converted into a twin bedroom. A children's room with two bunk beds. A third small bedroom with one single bed. Garden furniture for 9 persons and barbecue. Children's games and board games available. Umbrella bed and high chair on request. Attention: behind the house, a pond and a stream Access to the whole house, as at home. This is our second home. Cars are parked in the garden, on a dedicated place. I stay in touch, by phone or SMS/mail. The house is in the countryside, Machecoul is 5 minutes away and has all the shops (supermarket, petrol, bakeries, pharmacies ...) Market on Wednesday morning. Honey at the beekeeper at 200m. The island of Noirmoutier is 30 minutes away. Pornic, Nantes: 20 minutes and the nearest beaches are 15 minutes away. Puy du Fou spectacular park is 1h15 away. Another park is 15 minutes from the house: Planète Sauvage. Train station Machecoul or Sainte Pazanne, for a connection to Nantes TGV. Nantes Atlantiques Airport is 25 minutes away. La maison est idéale pour 2 familles avec enfants. En revanche, les lits superposés ne sont pas adaptés pour des adultes. Nous ne pouvons accueillir plus de 5 adultes.
