Our mud brick shed has been beautifully converted into a modern 2 x 2 unit. Affectionately know as The Shed, our place offers an open plan living area, fully equipped kitchen, an inviting deck and comfy beds! It is a private home with it's own driveway and backyard. There are ample places to sit or recline and the location is only 15mins from Bunbury and central to the Ferguson Valley, Donnybrook, Capel & the beach. We are perfectly placed! Open plan kitchen,living,dining area all brand new and contemporary. The deck is definitely a feature with couch space to make you feel like you're at your private cafe. The newly landscaped garden also has places to relax or simply gaze upon the paddocks beyond. Inside all furnishings are new and the 42 inch tv also has a Dvd player. The master bedroom has a spacious ensuite bathroom with a wow showerhead too! The entrance is adjacent our house with your own drive and undercover parking that allows you to drive to your front door or walk aorund directly onto the deck. Should you have a larger vehicle there is also space out front that is well off the road. We live on the property though the unit and our house are not connected. You will have your own space but may catch sight of us looking after our chickens or playing in the yard. We will be around to help should any issues arise and can offer a return trip to Bunbury if you want to visit one of the quality eating places/bars - this needs to be pre arranged with us and there is a small fee for this service. Boyanup would be described as a quiet country town. It does have a butcher, bakery, pharmacy, general store, drive through coffee, bottle shop, wood gallery, post office, hair salon, pub and some quirky antique shops. For the kids there is The Gingerbread House, a playground and skate park. Every fourth Sunday of the month is the Boyanup Farmers Market, a very popular and large market and well worth visiting. The pub has a full take away menu and the general store offers fish and chips on a Friday night. Although a bus does run to and from Bunbury once a day it would be best to have your own means of transport. We are well placed for you to explore the Ferguson Valley, Busselton and Donnybrook (wineries, breweries and places to eat) while being just 15mins from The City of Bunbury. Plenty of the Southwest is in reach in short day trips from here. We have 2 small dogs called Happy and Luna. If dogs are a concern we'll keep them over our side as much as we can but they are small so no need to fear.
