Delightful, spacious, rural retreat.

Thank you for choosing to look at our lovely cottage. some information before you read on.... Our cottage is available to book from Monday to Monday Friday to Friday Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday. We are so ideally situated for exploring the region, in a rural location but only 5 minutes from the A55 expressway. There is so much to do on the door step! Our cottage has so much traditional charm, but also all the modern conveniences to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The cottage is generous in it's proportions with three spacious reception rooms, the dining room with seating for up to six around the dining table, a homely sitting room with gas stove fire and large 42 inch surround sound T V, lovely for cosying up in the evening, and a bright, sunny conservatory, with sofas, a great place to switch off and read a good book or the Sunday news papers. There is a large farmhouse kitchen with lovely gas range stove and all modern conveniences, with built in fridge and dish washer, fully quipped with utensils any cook would be proud of! The utility room, has a washer dryer, large freezer and lots of coat hanging and boot drying room if needed. There are two bedrooms, one twin bedded with T.V. and one double bedroom with lavatory and hand basin en suite. The is a large family bathroom with separate shower and luxuriously deep bath, there is also a third lavatory next to the utility room. The hot tub is next to the cottage in a secluded part of the garden. Unlimited WI FI is provided. Please note our changeover days are Fridays and Mondays. Guests can access the garden area of the cottage and secluded hot tub. We live in the house next door, and although we are available if you need us, we like to let you enjoy the peace and quiet, and once we've welcomed you, we leave you to your stay. We are so ideally situated for exploring the region, in a rural location but only 5 minuets fron the A55 expressway. There is so much to do on the door step, but if you want to go a little further, for example to Anglesea or Liverpool is so easy to do. Our cottage has so much traditional charm, but also all the modern conveniences to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Our cottage is available to book from Monday to Monday Friday to Friday Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday. During peak times we adhere to the change over days listed above. In the off peak season we are more flexible and if there are specific days you wish to request please drop us an e mail. Please note during holiday seasons, Easter, summer holidays and Christmas we only accept 7 night bookings. you would need your own transport. Your holiday cottage is located on our working farm, where there are animals and farm machinery. Whilst we make every endeavour to make sure your holiday is not impacted by our daily tasks, we can't help it if you come across a few sheep, the odd horse or a tractor ;0)
