Beautiful Beachfront Van Ettan Lake house

Enjoy our comfortable home on Van Ettan Lake which has all the amenities and space that you and your family could ever need. This beautiful lake house has a large master suite with a full master bathroom and a kingsize bed, and two large rooms with queen sized beds that have a jack and jill connecting bathroom that can be accessed from either room. There is also a full-sized futon that is available in the sitting area if you need more sleeping space for your guests. Our large kitchen is sure to impress and it is fully stocked with everything you need during your stay. The large greatroom and sitting area in the living room make it easy for people to gather around, talk, and relax in comfort. Outside there is so much to do! Relax by the water, swim or fish in the all sports lake, or you can canoe or use the paddleboat to explore this large in-land lake. If you would prefer swimming and playing on the sandy beaches instead, the public beach is only minutes away on Lake Huron which sports a pier, skateboard park, and a play area for children. There are plenty of area activities if wanted. Golfing, tubing on the Au Sable River, Lumber men's Monument, city beach minutes away Great space for family gatherings! Room to put up a few tents if needed. Twin fold away bed, cot, airmattress and pack/play available. House also features RO water in the kitchen. Pets may be considered on an individual basis.... We do charge a non-refundable $75 pet fee. We now have bedroom air conditioners in place. Dock, canoe, paddle boat, life vests, gas grill, fire pit with small amount of firewood. Outdoor furniture, and sand pit. Washer /dryer, wine fridge, board games, puzzles and books. Outside horseshoes available. We have a beautiful pavilion by the lake with furniture for your enjoyment. Caretaker lives on property in separate cabin- he is available if needed. Interactions up to guests...please contact for questions and concerns. Private wooded area, quiet neighborhood, beautiful sunsets. Wildlife abundant including an occasional Bald Eagle. No public transport. 5 parking spaces are available for the use of guests. Please know these are the only spots available. If you have a boat trailer it will need to be in one of the spaces. Public boat launch directly across the lake from the home. Many restaurants in the area. Both Fast Food and Fine Dining. Movie Theater, Bowling Alley, Micro Brewery, Canoe and Boat Rentals in the area.
