Near Royal Birkdale/other golf clubs. Lounge room/conservatory/garden/pool. Park in driveway/road. Nearby beach/country walks. Local bars/restaurants/shops. Light breakfast available if required. Tea/coffee available anytime. Very homely and friendly hosts who make guests welcome. Access to bathroom with shower etc, lounge, garden, conservatory. Also have a double and single bedroom available. Swimming pool in garden in summer months with small summer house to relax in and watch the sun go down. Or sit by our pond and small but relaxing waterfall with a drink or two. Beach or woods 15 mins walk from here. Interact as our guests wish or enjoy stay in peace - relax and unwind. Close to resort of Southport 15 mins by car or Liverpool 30 mins by local train. Good golf clubs/Formby Hall near by and swimming pools, village shopping, pine wood walks near beach etc. Great pubs, bars, restaurants nearby etc including lovely Sparrow hawk pub/restaurant 10'mins walk. Buses to Liverpool and Southport etc that stop only 3 mins away with local train service also every 15 mins to Liverpool or Southport etc. Train station 10 mins or so if walk from here. People leaving very early in morning will have have access to tea/coffee making/toaster etc. TV lounge, conservatory, large garden available to relax in.
