Situated in Meadow Springs close to beach, golf course, shops, restaurants, public transport and all that Mandurah has to offer! Modern, clean, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. Suitable for couples, families and groups. Bedrooms 1 and 2 have queen beds, bedroom 3 has twin beds, and there is a double sofa bed in the lounge area. We also have 2 travel cots available with bedding, and 2 high chairs. Open plan living opening up onto covered, decked alfresco area and garden. Well equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher and coffee pod machine. In the lounge there is plenty of seating and a sofa bed. TV and DVD player, selection of DVDs and Apple TV so you are able to log in to your own Netflix, Stan etc. Dining area has a large table and chairs, shelves with books and lots of info on what there is to do in the local and surrounding areas. Patio doors open up onto covered, outdoor alfresco with dining furniture and outdoor lounge and BBQ. Small enclosed garden. The laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes airer, broom, mop and dustpan, first aid kit and fire extinguisher. Door opens onto an outside courtyard with washing line. There are a few pantry essentials and cleaning products supplied. The three bedrooms all have built in robes with hangers, chest of drawers and bedsides, so plenty of storage space. Bedroom 1 has an en-suite with large shower. The family bathroom has bath and shower and separate WC. There is another small lounge/quiet area at the front of the house with a sofa and TV, children’s DVDs and toys, and family games. We have travel cots with bedding and high chairs available on request. Entire house. We live in Meadow Springs, so if you have any questions or need help with anything you can message us, and we are close by. Situated in a lovely residential area, with views of Meadow Springs Golf Course across the road. Two minute walk to the beautiful Quarry Park with large play park for the kids, barbecue areas, water fountain, picnic benches and toilets. Meadow Springs Shopping Centre and Meadow Springs Golf Course are in walking distance or a two minute drive. San Remo beach is the other side of Mandurah Road and just a five minute drive. Mandurah Foreshore has plenty to do for everyone. There are a variety of bars and restaurants, a cinema, the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre, beaches, river and canal cruises where you are sure to see some friendly resident dolphins!, and all just ten minutes away in the car. Mandurah Forum is the main shopping centre, and has a large variety of shops, food outlets and restaurants and is a ten minute drive away. There is parking available on the driveway and opposite the house off road. Mandurah train station is a ten minute drive. There are bus stops on Pebble Beach Boulevard, Camden Way and Meadow Springs Drive for buses to Mandurah Foreshore, the train station, Lakeland’s Shopping Centre and Meadow Springs Shopping Centre.
