My house is situated in the most beautiful part of Nijmegen, Nijmegen-Oost. Nijmegen-Oost is the place to be. Nice, cosy restaurants, little shops, atmospheric cafés in a green environment. The street is very quiet. The city center is nearby, just a 10 minute walk. You reach the university buildings and the academic hospital just in 10 minutes by bike. And... the place is just a 10 minute walk from the river Waal and the beautiful nature of the Ooij. The room is spacious and atmospheric and you'll find it on the 2th floor. You have your own bathroom with shower and toilet. The place is suited for adventurers, business people, university workers at Radboud University or Radboud Hospital and visitors of Nijmegen and surroundings. The room is very comfortable for one or two people. You have the possibility to prepare your own dishes. There is a little fridge and a micro wave and a table top cooking appliance. You will have access to a perfect functioning wifi. You have a spacious room on the 2th floor and your own bathroom with shower and toilet. I can give you ideas about nice places to visit. I live in Nijmegen for many years. If you have questions, just ask me and let's see what I can do to make your stay okay and comfortable. And if you prefer to have your privacy, that's okay too. Often my guests come from abroad and quite a lot are parents who come to Nijmegen to visit their son or daughter who studies at Radboud University. My place is not far from the University. So also workers from abroad who are involved in a scientific project find their way to my place. Nijmegen-Oost is een van de mooiste wijken van Nijmegen. Winkeltjes, gezellige restaurantjes, veel groen, rustige en sfeervolle straten en huizen. Je vindt vanuit mijn huis alles binnen handbereik: op loopafstand van het centrum en de mooie natuur van de Ooij. De universiteit en het Radboud ziekenhuis liggen op 10 minuten fiets afstand. Op 100 meter van mijn huis vind je een bushalte. The east of Nijmegen is one of the most beautiful parts of the town. Little shops, different kinds of restaurants, different kitchens ( chinese, french, thai, dutch, italian), a lot of green in the streets, trees and litlle trafic. The busstation is nearby, just a one minute walk from my place. A bus station just 100 meters from my house that can bring you to the center (5 minutes), the railway station (15 minutes)or other places. Amsterdam is one hour and a half from Nijmegen by train.
