Small apartment close to everything

An apartment on a quiet street in a quiet, safe, friendly neighborhood. A walk away from campus, downtown Champaign, and Memorial Stadium. A peaceful spot, far enough away from neighbors that they/you can't be seen or heard, with lots of greenery. Ideal for 1-2 people, though we can accommodate larger groups short-term, if you are in a pinch! The bedroom has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2. The living room has a full-sized futon that can sleep 2 more. We can provide an air mattress and extra bedding on request. We have one women's and one men's bike that we can lend you during your stay. Let us know ahead of time if you'd like access to these. There are some food basics (condiments, coffee, etc) in the fridge and the cabinets that you are welcome to use. We live across town in Urbana and can come by if you need help with anything (or we will arrange for somebody else to come if we are out of town). Otherwise, you can check yourself in and out and have your privacy. There is a bus stop just on the corner. There is parking space for 2 cars next to the apartment, as well as ample free street parking. The TV gets basic channels and is connected to a Roku, where you are welcome to use our Netflix, HBO, and Hulu accounts. The apartment is up one flight of stairs and there is no elevator. It's above our garage, so don't be alarmed if you hear someone downstairs.
