La Laiterie, Les Aulnaies gite complex

Beautiful rural gite in the vines. Originally the milking parlour, la Laiterie is a beautifully renovated self catering gite. Surrounded by farmland and overlooked by vines it is situated halfway between Le Mans and Tours. Comfortably sleeps six with a large open plan living area. Direct access to outside terraced area with seating, a shared above ground pool, large shared lawned garden, a trampoline, swings and various toys for children. Outside ample parking lit through the night. La Laiterie is a large comfortable rural based gite for up to 7 people. Situated in the heart of french countryside, overlooked by artisan vineyards, La Laiterie offers a peaceful, relaxing, family orientated break from the hectic pace of everyday life. All shops and amenities are within 5 minutes drive. Guests have access to a range of bicycles and barbecue facilities and onsite laundry room. La Laiterie is one of 4 self contained gites on site. Guests have access to the whole gite, the shared gardens, with table and chairs in all areas. There are toys outside for children including swings, a trampoline, a play house and outside toys. We live onsite so are available to guests who need help or advice. Come and ask for bikes, barbecues and tips about the best restaurants etc. This gite complex is an old converted farm, surrounded by beautiful countryside and vineyards. It offers a peaceful retreat yet is only 5 minutes from local shops and cafes, 10 mintues from a wonderful lake with beach, watersports, archery ponies etc. 45 minutes from Le Mans famous race track and 60 minutes from the many magnificent chateaux of the Loire valley Guests will need their own transport to get here but are welcoe to use our bikes whilst staying here. We provide free barbecues, free access to over 20 bikes, we have a fenced garden safe for younger children. There are a number of wine producers within walking distance for the older guests. There are no hidden charges to pay.
