If you smoke outside, please dispose in a container and not on the ground. There are two bedrooms downstairs, the hallway closet, bedroom closet, office closet, and the garage that are locked. These contain the homeowner’s personal belongings. Please be mindful of respecting privacy. Shoe removal inside the house is recommended. Please come and go from the back door. We advise keeping the front and side doors locked during your stay. Also, the front door will not stay closed all the way without locking it. Pets are not allowed. Guests must be 21 years of age. Max 2 guests allowed. Room by Room Kitchen: The dishwasher powder can be found under the sink. The microwave is in the black cabinet The coffee maker is a french press. To use this, heat water on the electric kettle, place 3 scoops of coffee in the bottom of the press. Once the water boils, pour into the press. Let sit 4 minutes, then press down on coffee. Pour and enjoy. Laundry: The washing machine & dryer are in the closet at the rear entry in the kitchen. Washing powder and fabric softener can be found on a shelf in the laundry closet and are available for your use. Spare linen and towels can be found in the closet in the upstairs bathroom. Living room: Please use the remote to turn on the fireplace. Remote is located on the mantle. If the remote does not work, please check to ensure the unit is on; located on the wall to the right of the fireplace. How to operate the TV: there is cable with 12 basic channels, local, cartoons and Home and Garden. Cables HDMI 1, the Spectrum Changer is the cable, it must be on to work. The TV is also a smart TV and has netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime. On the Samsung changer please click the rainbow button to access. There is also an Apple Music device if you would like to use. Backyard: Please clean the grill after every use. We try to ensure the gas is full-if it runs out, you could get a new tank at the Stewarts nearby and notify the owner. In the event of rain, we ask that you make sure nothing valuable is left outside. We also please ask of you if possible and you enjoy to water our garden using the hose at the side of the house twice a day. Bedroom: The only light is bedside. How to operate the TV: there is cable with 12 basic channels, local, cartoons and Home and Garden. Cable is HDMI 1, the Spectrum Changer is the cable, it must be on to work. Upstairs Bath: It takes a few moments for the Hot water to reach the bathroom. Other: The broom and dustpan can be found in the stairway leading to the basement. The vacuum cleaner and iron & ironing board can be found in the closet off the upstairs bathroom There is a row machine and bench and free weights in the basement, please feel free to use.
