Waterfront Seagulls on Shoalhaven

The house is waterfront, at the front of the house there is a jetty, beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, jet skiing, fishing or stroll along the sand to 7 mile ocean beach for surfing and ocean walks. Approximately a 10-20 minute walk to the local shops, restaurants, hotel, golf club, bowling club. Drive to the scenic country, rain forest, wineries and local villages. Shopping at Nowra, Gerringong, Berry. The house accommodates 8 people, THERE IS A LIMIT OF 8 PEOPLE AT THE HOUSE, the 8 people limit includes CHILDREN OVER 12 YEARS OF AGE. NO PETS are allowed. FURNITURE ESPECIALLY BEDS ARE NOT TO BE MOVED, now that rules are stated: The house has views across the water to the ocean and at the rear of the house the view of Coolangatta Mountain. Downstairs is open plan with large windows and doors opening onto a deck to the water/beach. Downstairs is the TV lounge, dining, kitchen, walk in pantry, walk in laundry. Thee are two bedrooms downstairs, the main bedroom with queen bed, the other bedroom with two single beds, the bathroom has double vanities with a separate shower and bath, separate toilet, separate laundry. Upstairs is a main bedroom with queen bed and walk in robe and ensuite with double vanities, toilet and double showers, the other bedroom has two single beds. There is a separate toilet room. The TV lounge area has two sofas and opens onto a balcony with views to the ocean, the second bedroom has a balcony with views to Coolangatta mountain. There is a rear deck off the kitchen with stairs down to a BBQ area where there is an outside shower for washing sand off your feet before entering the house. The entire house is available for your vacation. I will be available throughout your stay, The area is beautiful with lovely country drives up into the hills or to local quaint villages with lovely cafes and shops. Swimming/surfing, fishing, golf at Shoalhaven Heads or Coolangatta Estate, bush walking in the rainforest or walks along 7 mile beach which you can walk to from the house. A bus to Nowra goes daily with the bus stop one house away from the house. Children 12 years and over are counted as a person in the limit of 8 people. No pets allowed. Furniture, especially beds are not to be moved. No smoking inside the house. Recycled garbage is to be put into the appropriate bins.
