If you're looking for a bright, fully equipped antique – modern place surrounded with nature, for sport, business or holiday trip. Apartment with free WiFi, parking place and 2 bedrooms for comfortable stay. Watch FIS SKI WORLD CUP race from the window! The apartment is meant for 4 persons, with comfortable and spacious 2 bedrooms and 4 beds, small living space and a kitchen on a 60 m2 all together. An additional 5th guest can be accommodated in living room, on spare bed (couch/sofa bed). Apartment is completely renewed in antique – modern style, with almost all the furniture handmade or new end other fully restored. In apartment you'll find everything you need in fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, water heater, toaster, Moka espresso, spices, oven and everything else you need to prepare breakfast and other meals. WiFi, TV, washing machine, hair dryer and other things for cosy stay included. Clean linen and towels for each guest are provided. There is a green space around the house, with small coffee table to enjoy the fresh air and sun. We also provide you a space for storing your bikes or other bigger equipment. Bike repair stand, which you can use for cleaning or maintain your bike is there as well. There's a big public parking space behind the house, which is free of charge. We have also one private car parking space in front of the house which you can use. Around 100 m from the house there's a bus station. City bus, line number 6 is passing there, which drives you to/from city center. From there you can proceed to train station or main bus station. There are a taxi services nearby as well. We will try to find time and knowledge to help you in any way, to make your stay as good as possible. Being sport enthusiast, particularly at running, biking and swimming scene (triathlon in one word), I can help you with planning some bike trips or advise you where to go hiking, running or just see the nice landscape in this part of Slovenia. Well, I know something about gastronomy offer in Maribor as well. We also have some printed local maps and guides in apartment, with news, must-see and what-to-do things in Maribor. Main and most known thing in neighbourhood is definitely Pohorje hill, with ski resort working in winter and a bike park in spring and summer. You can take a cable for going on top, which is 200m from our house. There is a FIS SKI WORLD CUP every year on this venue. Of course you can go on Pohorje also to hike, for a bike tour or go just going for a run into the hills and forests. There is also a conference hall in hotel Habakuk very near, if you are on business trip. You can find a golf course, football fields and sport hall in walking distance. For food & wine/beer lovers you should visit the city centre, with lots of restaurants which offering good food and vine. Beside river Drava, which flows through the city you'll find WORLD'S OLDEST VINE. If you're visiting Maribor in June, you have to visit Festival Lent. Around 200m from the house there's a bus station. City bus, line number 6 is passing there, which drives you to/from city centre. From there you can proceed to train station or main bus station. There are a taxi services nearby as well. We provide you a space for storing your bikes, skis or other bigger equipment. We also have bike repair stand and water pipe, which you can use for cleaning or maintaining your bike. Please pay attention to extra charge of city tourist tax, which we need to charge upon check-in. Tourist tax in city of Maribor is 2,50 € per adult person per night. Children up to 7 years can stay free of charge and children between 8 and 18 years will be charged 50% of upper amount.
