Boho chic gypsy wagon with a view and hottub

A romantic wooden gypsy wagon, decorated and furnished like a plush hotel room with the benefit of stepping out into nature. In the midst of unspoilt rural France, at the end of a dirt road and a magnificent view you float in a comfy warm bath while exploring the stars above. If you like boho chic mixed with the feeling of camping in the great outdoors but sleeping in a very comfortable bed, french 'brocante', if you're looking for privacy and resourcing, if you like the unspoilt landscape of rural France, green meadows, the sounds of owls and deer, and endless starry skies, you'll have a great holiday at La Grande Serve. The romantic gypsy wagon Cognac is very cosy and comfortable. You will find a originally decorated bathroom in the former stables. Next to your "roulotte" is a fire pit, which you can also use as a barbecue, deck chairs and a picknick table. Inside you find a little kitchen with refrigerator. Near the wagon you will find a large Scandinavian hottub. Perfect for cooling down during hot days or relaxing under the stars. Matisse is for 2 adults and 1 small child. For older children it is possible to add a tent for € 7,50 per night. Free WIFI, herbs from the biological garden, information about the area, (English) books for loan, your own private bathroom, a washing machine. You can also cook in the large common summerkitchen. We greatly respect our guests' privacy but if you need help, information or just a bit of a chat, we're there. La Grande Serve is at the end of a dirt road at the edge of a forest with a great view over the valley of the Besbre. We don't have any neighbors nearby, on foot, the hamlet of La Chabanne is about 600 m The "Montagne Bourbonnaise" is unspoilt, there is no industry, no train rails, no highways, no pollution, no noise. You can walk miles and not seeing another person. But if you feel the need of something else, you can take a tour to the beautiful art deco Vichy, tasting wine in the "Cote Roannaise", sightseeing the Bourbon castles of the middle ages or even make a day trip to Lyon, a very nice city, only 2 hours away. There is practically no public transport. However, if you come by train, we can pick you up in Vichy or Roanne for a small fee and we can take you to the supermarket or weekly market. We really want our guests to have a great time at us. So if you need anything, please ask.
