Spacious drawing room, new kitchen. The Lodge is set on a farm with 600 acres of unspoilt countryside. Walled in terrace with garden furniture. Private all weather Tennis Court. Wifi. Fishing on the River Frome. Nature Trail. Table tennis in games room. Tincleton Lodge is set on a Farm in the village of Tincleton, in rural Hardye countryside, just 15 minutes from the Jurassic coastline in picturesque Dorset. Nature Trail on the doorstep with beautiful walks rich in wildlife. Fishing on the River Frome. Tennis court. Games room. Set on a farm with 600 acres of private meadows, woodland and riverside walks. Access is via a private drive to Eweleaze Farm. Ample parking on the gravel area in front of the lake. Tincleton Lodge has a private walled in back garden with terrace overlooking the lake and on site there is a new all weather Tennis court (shared with time allocations each day). No steps in or around the property - ramp available at the front door for easy access. The Lake is just a minute's walk and from there walks can be taken all around the Nature trail - located on 600 acres of private farmland with an abundance of wildlife. Fishing available on the River Frome Nature Trail around the farm with an abundance of wildlife Tennis Court on site Games room 15 minutes from Dorset's renowned Jurassic Coastline Interaction with Guests is made as much as required. The Cottage is totally private but we also live on site, so if anything is required, we can be available. On the day of arrival, I visit the Guests to make sure that they have settled in and found everything they need and answer any questions that they may have. The Neighbourhood is quiet and tranquil with private, idyllic walks on the doorstep abundant with wildlife. However, within 10 - 15 minutes drive there are lovely country pubs, Athelhampton House and Gardens, beautiful beaches, the County Town of Dorchester, Weymouth, Kingston Maurward Animal Park, Poole Park, Farmer Palmers, Bovington Tank Museum, the Dinosaur Museum, Tutankhamum Museum, MonkeyWorld, Durdle Door and Jurassic Coastline to name but a few! Public transport can be arranged but in order to visit many of the local attractions and places of interest, it is advised to have a car. Tincleton Lodge is a characteristic cottage which has been beautifully restored, still retaining stunning features such as the inglenook fireplace, original beams etc. It has a wonderful home from home feel and has been comfortably furnished with vi-spring mattresses, luxurious sofas, a bespoke kitchen and has the benefit of a Ground floor bedroom.
