Attic with views of the city

Our attic has 2 fully-furnished bedrooms (1 of them with a terrace), a full bathroom and a living-room. All of these areas are placed on the 2nd floor of a newly built detached house. Full kitchen Our guests will have a key for each bedroom in order to save their belongings and preserve their privacy. Every space in the attic has plenty of natural light and nice views of the city. The house is placed only 500 meters from the city center, as well as only 42 km away from the beach. You will be able to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the city, go for a day trip, etc. and sleep at night in the middle of nature in an extremely quiet neighborhood, only 500 meters away from the city center (5 minutes walking). We rent out the entire attic, which has an area of 80 square meters. The entrance staircase is the only shared space. We will always give our mobile phone number to our guests, so we can immediately solve any problem, issue or doubt they could have. Our house is placed in a quiet residential neighborhood, with private plot and asphalted road. Our guests will have free private and covered parking lot, inside the property. The money we earn thanks to Aibnb bookings will be invested in the attic itself, its maintenance and improvements.
