Perfectly located in west Hove, this one-bedroom flat is on the top floor of a new block overlooking the sea and the South Downs National Park. It's ideal as a base for a holiday in Brighton and Hove, but the flat itself has everything you’ll need, including a large private roof terrace with panoramic views. Hove’s beaches are minutes away, and it's close to local shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. The living room sofa bed is a small double, so the flat can sleep 3 adults or a family of 4. Door-key entry to private residential block, which contains eight flats; ours is one of two on the top (third) floor, accessed by lift or stairs. Large roof terrace complete with solar fairy lights, contemporary seating and decorative plants. Bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe. Bedside tables and lamps. Floor to ceiling doors to terrace (not overlooked and with fitted blinds) with expansive views of the South Downs National Park. All bedding supplied (covered duvet, bottom sheets, medium firm mattress with cotton mattress protector, four pillows, cases and cotton pillow protectors, additional blanket). Living room with sweeping ocean and city views. Two armchairs and three-seater sofa (which converts to double sofa bed if required - please request additional bedding for no additional charge. NB sofa bed is fine for two children or one adult - for two adults it's a bit narrow). Wood floor. TV. Freestanding lamp. Coffee table plus folding dining table with four dining chairs. USB socket. Fitted kitchen with electric hob (electric cooker and boiler, hence no carbon monoxide alarm), fan oven, fridge and freezer, toaster, dishwasher (tablets supplied), washing machine/tumble dryer (detergent pods supplied), clothes airer. All cooking utensils, cutlery, glassware, crockery, placemats and cooking equipment supplied. Cleaning products including washing liquid, spray cleaner, dishcloths, vacuum cleaner and bin bags supplied. Iron and ironing board supplied. Tea, instant coffee, herbal teas, sugar, milk supplied. Bathroom with bath/shower, sink, toilet and heated towel radiator. Hand and large bath towels supplied. Individually wrapped sandalwood hand soaps supplied. You will be met on arrival by one of the owners - Clare or Jack - and given keys. We live less than five minutes away in case you need us but if you don’t, you won’t see us once you’re in!
