An architecturally designed, one bedroom home with a stunning landscape view to wake up to, straight from your bed. Luxuriously appointed bathroom and full kitchenette with gas stovetop, oven, fridge and microwave. A cosy little wood fire for those cool winter nights on the mountainside, and reverse air-con for warm days. A large deck to enjoy an afternoon wine, and a grassed courtyard with a firepit and BBQ area. This is a space thoughtfully designed and appointed to help you leave your worries behind, and fully immerse yourself in nature and relaxation. Built over a watercourse, if it rains you will even have your own waterfall running below your room. Be at one with nature here - there is plenty of wildlife to be spotted including sugar gliders and many bird species. We also have some free-ranging chickens and ducks on the property. Located just 2 minutes to the Flaxton Gardens wedding venue, and minutes drive to the Dulong Lookout - where you can get beautiful pictures to take home. Just an 8 minute drive to the bustling hill-top tourist town of Montville, known for its galleries, cafes, restaurants and spectacular scenery. We are minutes drive away from Kondalilla Falls National Park, and Mapleton Falls National Park where you can bushwalk, swim and picnic throughout the day. A car is necessary for this area, as public transportation is minimal. There are plenty of hiking tracks, biking tracks and waterfalls nearby for your pleasure. Bring your bike!
