Peaceful luxury villa with pool in the countryside

Our charming Villa is a spacious frescoed three story eighteenth century building, surrounded by gardens, woods and olive trees, set in the countryside just outside the gorgeous town of Amelia. The estate is set on a quiet, peaceful hill and has a beautiful view on the surrounding hills and valleys. The villa is set just a few kilometers from the highway and it is just an hour away from Rome, Perugia, Assisi, Foligno and Spoleto. With its 600 square meters, the amazing interiors have the rare gift of feeling breezy yet incredibly cozy. The house features six spacious bedrooms and can accommodate up to twelve guests. All rooms are finely decorated and comfortable, and with their own private bathrooms. On the ground floor you will be welcomed to a very large entrance, a living room with a fire place, a formal dining room, a bedroom with two single beds and an en suite bathroom, a large, fully equipped kitchen with an informal dining room and fireplace, a pantry, three washing rooms, and two extra guest bathrooms. A large stairway will lead you to the second floor where there are three suites, each with queen size beds, private living rooms and en-suite bathrooms with shower and bathtub, a bedroom with two single beds and en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub and a large double living room. On the second floor, the last bedroom with two single beds and an ensuite full bathroom. The estate also features a swimming pool, two gardens and a wood. Guests are free to access the whole villa. The guests are free to live the entire villa, we won't personally be there but we do live nearby and will provide all the necessary contacts in case of need. Villa Clementini is in a perfect position to relax as it is surrounded by fields, but it is also in a strategic location to visit Rome, Perugia, Assisi, Foligno and Spoleto. There is a train station 15 min. away, and the nearby town has a small supermarket, a fresh bakery and can supply all basic needs.
