Unique stay in historical building in the centre

A spacious room of almost 25 sq.m. (270 sq.ft) in a traditional stone building (built 1920's) that was fully renovated in 2018. The building has five rooms in total and a communal space, a living room-kitchen that all guests are welcome to use. There is a large outdoor space with furniture for guests to relax in the warm weather. The room is located on the upper level of a traditional stone building of the area. The communal living room/kitchen are on the ground floor and can be used by all the guests of the house. Breakfast costs 4€/person per day. At just 30 meters away from the main waterfront of Himara town, the building is located truly in the heart of the town, yet in a really quiet spot with two yards and a private parking space. The beach, restaurants and markets are within a few steps.
