Penthouse on Bay of Kotor

Our home is located in the idyllic town of Morinj. It is also only an hour and a half from Dubrovnic.The penthouse is fully equipped to be your home away from home. Only 25 minutes to Kotor Old town and a 25 minute drive to Tivat with a ferry crossing that serves up magnificent views. A fully equipped kitchen, spacious seating, indoor and outdoor dining and a 60" tv with Amazon Fire welcome you home after a day of exploring. The bedrooms have blackout shutters that ensure a great night's rest. The kitchen includes: dishwasher, oven, stove, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, blender and all cutlery and hardware that you could want to have a home cooked meal. Both bedrooms and tv room are air-conditioned. You have access to two balconies, one with swinging chairs and the other larger (40 sq/m) with outdoor dining with a BBQ. You have shared access to the pool, sauna and jacuzzi. A representative from our management agency will meet and greet you on arrival. A five minute drive will take you to one of the best restaurants in the country Catovica Mlini. Two restaurants not more than 4 minutes walk serve great food and with magnificent views. The post office and two fully stocked supermarket is also 4 minutes walk. A rental car is advised. Free parking on the compound and we have a reserved space for our guests.
