Resting on the premier top floor it embraces spectacular north to south unimpeded ocean vistas from every space capturing the magic both day and night. Beautiful interiors providing the ultimate in comfort featuring timber accents, a study alcove, a top-of-the-line Italian air conditioner, quality high end kitchen with full cooking facilities, built-in robes and full length windows which frame the views. The property comes fully equipped for your every need including crockery and cutlery, a full range of cooking implements (including Nespresso coffee machine) and all linen excluding your beach towel. Just pack your swimwear and towel and arrive ready to take on the many sights and destinations on offer. Additional features include a rooftop pool and barbeque area, communal laundries, a shared system of car parking should you need parking, peace of mind security entry and lift access to each floor. The property can be serviced weekly and possesses an unbeatable location easy walking distance to all Manly’s amenities. Manly is awash in options from a local fish and chip shop to iconic silver service waterside dining. For those that love the water, hire a surfboard and catch the waves, snorkel in the beauty of Cabbage Tree Bay Aquatic Reserve at Shelly Beach or enjoy the still water serenity in Manly Harbour. If this is a little too much activity grab a good book, a towel and sunnies and just laze by the water enjoying the natural beauty. Other local attractions in this vibrant centre include the Art Gallery, Q Station, Manly Kayak Centre, bikes tours and the North Head National Park. The apartment sits an easy stroll to the Manly ferry which takes you straight to the CBD and Circular Quay along a route of outstanding beauty through The Heads of Sydney Harbour with spectacular views of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge.
