A modern villa in Dehradun, our house is in a quaint & peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by forests & mountains - A perfect place to reconnect with a slower way of life! 15 mins to Dehradun centre & 35 mins to Mussoorie, we are located just off Mussoorie Road. The property’s sprawling gardens with stately trees are a great place to unwind with a bonfire/barbecue. Guests can take a walk & explore the many beautiful hiking trails around. Or stay in & warm up by the fireplace in the glass house. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS - There are 4 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor, 3 on the first floor. - There are 4 bathrooms in the house - 2 attached, 1 shared and 1 in the glass house. - All the rooms have king-sized beds & seating. Two bedrooms have TVs with Amazon Firestick - All bathrooms have geysers and towels COMMON AREAS - There is 1 living room in the main house and 1 lounge area in the glass house - The dining area seats 6 - 8 people. - There are 4 lawns, meals can be set up outdoors - Barbeque and outdoor fireplace can be setup upon request (at an additional charge) KITCHEN - We offer all meals from our kitchen. These are on a chargeable basis and need to be decided in advance. Tea and coffee will be served at breakfast and in the evening. For the rest of the day we offer complimentary coffee and tea that you may prepare on your own. You may also use our kitchen to cook on your own at an extra cost. STAFF ACCOMMODATION In case you’re travelling with any personal staff (nannies, maids or drivers) we provide separate accommodation with washrooms and their meals (provided in their rooms) on a chargeable basis. - There are CCTV cameras in the outdoor areas of the property & in the common areas - In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all lights, fans, TVs for up to 6 hours. The guests have access to the entire house. There is a caretaker on the property and 24 hour security guard. The villa is situated in a perfect neighbourhood, surrounded by beautiful homes amidst forests and mountains all waiting to be explored. The hustle & bustle of Dehradun town and all that it has to offer is a 15 minute car drive awayand Mussoorie (half hour drive) can be easily explored as a day trip. We have secured car parking for up to 6 cars.
