Fully equipped charming and luxury Garden House. The Garden House is situated in our garden, right on the edge of the Kaapse Bossen, part of the national park 'The Utrechtse Heuvelrug' with its extensive walking and cycling trails. You have direct access to the forest from our garden. You may also walk to the cosy village centre of Doorn with its shops, traiteurs, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets in a couple of minutes. So best of both worlds! Bed linnen and towels are provided. Modern living room with cosy Jøtul wood stove and double doors to your private terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with built-in appliances, dishwasher, large oven, microwave and Quooker (hot water tap). Modern separate bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilet. On the first floor of the house there are two bedrooms (each sleeping two) and - if needed - another smaller sofabed in the living room downstairs. The master bedroom is accessible through the other (first) bedroom, making the two rooms interconnectable. Nice traditional Dutch details and tiling, dimmable lighting and ceramic-wood-look floor. Independent entrance, private terrace and parking Everywhere in the Garden House with its surrounding terrace / garden patio NB - COVID-19: Independent house with own entrance - no interaction with owners needed. We live in the main house next to the Garden House, so you stay with us in our 3000 m2 garden but with your own privacy and private terrace. We can provide fresh eggs from our chicken. Quiet neighbourhood at the edge of the forest village of Doorn and on the edge of the National Park The Kaapse Bossen. Large garden (3000m2) surrounded by fence and gates. Utrecht within 20 car minutes and Amsterdam within 50 minutes by car. Direct train connections to Amsterdam, Utrecht and Schiphol from nearby train station Driebergen-Zeist. There are also numerous activities and sights in close proximity of the house, such as House Doorn - the former residence of the German Emperor -, the village of Amerongen with its castle and gardens, the pittoresque town of Wijk bij Duurstede and the cities of Amerfoort and Utrecht. Also there are several high- medium and bottom end restaurants im the village (walking distance) and near us.
