Villa staffing & service: one private cook for intimated breakfast and dinner on the terrace, one waiter and one daily maid. We have a menu at La Villa. Mr. Ly, our Villa Manager, is at your disposal to help you prepare your Menu of the Day and to adjust the quantity according to your choice. All food items ordered from the Menu on your behalf will be charged to you at cost and Market price with an additional +15%. The 15% charge is to cover condiments, cooking gas and transportation and all costs incurred from cooking and kitchen related expenses. All the food products and ingredients items purchased on your own and requested to be prepare by our Kitchen Team, a 30 US$ Cooking fee (include set and clean the table by our team) will be charged for each meal (lunch or dinner). For a BBQ request near the pool at the arrival day, we ask you to order one day before your arrival. the whole property we rent only the whole property Air con and flat screen tv/dvd in all rooms. The villa is Located: - 200 m from the Crab Market with many local seafood restaurants and the sea, - 500 m from the beach, - 600 m from the sailing club, with sea kayaking, catamaran, windsurfing. This property is located in Kep, 2 hours 30 minutes from Phnom penh. We can arrange your transfer from Phnom penh airport to Kep. Please do not hesitate to contact us for more details.
