Very Large roomy house! 3 bedrooms + 2nd living room upstairs converted to a sleeping area. 3.5 baths. Great for large single family (or multiple small families). Kids welcome. Sleeps 15 in beds, 1 on futon, 2 on twin floor mattresses, and 2 on sectional couch for a total of 20. Full kitchen with stainless appliances. Board games in stock. 10 miles to beautiful Lake Ray Hubbard and Rockwall Harbor Lakefront shopping and dining. There's a Buc-ee's only 2 miles from the home. SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS: 1st floor: Master suite - one king bed (sleeps 2) 1st floor: Living room - sofa sectional (large enough to sleep 2) 2nd floor: Bedroom 1 - two queen beds, 1 twin bed (sleeps 5) 2nd floor: Bedroom 1 (closet) - two XL twin mattresses (sleeps 2) 2nd floor: Bedroom 2 - two full beds (sleeps 4) 2nd floor: Living room 2/landing area - two queen beds, one futon (sleeps 5) 2nd floor: Living room 2/landing area is open but can accommodate 2-3 air mattresses (host does not provide) in addition to the 2 queen beds. There are additional blankets in the armoire. AMENITIES: All linens and towels are provided. Bedrooms: All linens are provided. Bathrooms: White towels are provided for bathing. Color washcloths are provided for makeup removal. Kitchen: Hand towels are provided for kitchen use. Laundry: Color towels are provided for cleaning up spills; rags also provided. OUTDOORS: Front yard: no smoking in the front yard. Backyard: - Gas grill is provided. If propane tank (included) runs out of gas, the guest must refill. The grill must remain on the outside covered patio. - Fenced yard with gate access - if pets are staying with you, please pick up after them. PARKING: - 2 driveway parking spots are available in the back - 2 curb parking spots are available in the front. - Any additional cars must park along Erby Campbell Blvd CHECK-IN: - The keypad front door lock instructions are sent the day of arrival. - Notify the host with the approximate time that you will be checking in. - Regular check-in (Email hidden by Airbnb) plimentary early check-in between 3-4 pm) - If your stay requires early check-in, contact the host for availability. Rates are as follows: 12pm - 3pm $75 and 9am to 12pm $150. You must contact the host to remit payment if you want any of these times for early check-in. CHECK-OUT: - Check out time is 11 am.
