Comfortable residence that's only 45 mins from the city and that's set on rural acreage with a Cafe (The Fig Coffee House) and Nursery (Mother Earth) on your door step. Comprising of 4 bedrooms (2 with en-suites), this is an ideal home away from home and whilst the whole house can therefore be booked (excluding the separate master area which is always locked off as no pictures are provided) the base price really only covers 2 bedrooms and up to 4 people. Huge airy accommodation that suits a couple, a family or a group of friends. All 5 star facilities are provided including reverse cycle air conditioning for comfort in both summer and winter with two open fires. Wi-fi and Fox sports / Films are also provided and it has a lovely rural aspect and yet is close to all essential amenities. The home has a huge lounge, a breakfast room and a gourmet kitchen with a snooker room, sun room and pool all clearly displayed as per the photos listed. One, two, three or four bedrooms are available (each bedroom is charged accordingly) and the host will typically be in the city or at his coastal property so please therefore note that the master bedroom, ensuite and wardrobe are locked off as this section has a private entry (typically the owner only stays on a Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evening, if at all)? Cafe and Nursery are on the complex and are within 2 minutes walk and a garage with a 24 hour shop is available within a 5 minute walk. Home is also very private with gated access and it is fully fenced. I am available on site or I will invariably be in the city or at my seaside residence 3 hours away if the booking is for more than one room and over 1 week. Kenthurst village is close by as is Round Corner and Dural. Several restaurants and cafes are therefore near and the huge Castle Hill shopping centre is only a 10 minutes drive providing cinemas, more restaurants, including an RSL and all the classy shops one would expect. Dural Country Club and the West Pennants Hills bowling club also provide an inexpensive option for a night out. Bus stop within 5 minutes and further facilities are at both Round Corner and Castle Hill where a train station opens in 2018. Castle Hill championship golf course is a 15 minute drive. Safe, quite and very homely.
