Caravan Millie! :) Netflix, Stan, wifi & pool

Cosy renovated Vintage 1974 Caravan with Netflix and Stan. Private access, parking in front of Van. We have 2 small dogs, so if you are scared of dogs it’s not the place for you There’s a swimming pool so you can have a dip Toilet & bathroom access is at the back of house We have our own ensuite and toilet so bathroom is just for guests The caravan isn’t huge, 15ft so strictly only suitable for two people. We have 4 chooks, 2 dogs and a cat, so if you like animals you’ll be happy. We are 5 minutes by car to inner City Ipswich. Bus stop right out the front of house. Beautiful water park and boardwalk by the river for kids and relaxing 3kms away. Riverlink shopping centre 20 minute picturesque walk across the bridge. You have the Caravan to yourself which is nice for privacy and your own access to come and go through a single side gate. The caravan has WiFi, Netflix, small tv, fridge, kettle, toaster, smoothy blender and microwave. We provide, tea, coffee, milk, jams, Vegemite and natural museli. We are happy to provide complimentary bread and margarine for toast at you request. Towels, linen and basic toiletries provided. Large rustic landscaped backyard, there are some chairs about, table and we can provide an outside grill at your request. Guest bathroom and toilet is at the back of the house yours to use exclusively not shared. We have our own ensuite bathroom and Loo. Laundry facilities downstairs, with washing machine, no dryer. We are a very chilled family home, we aim to allow guests to feel they have their own space, we are here for a chat if guests feel like it, and of course respect that some guests prefer privacy and rest. We are a busy little family, I have a love of gardening and there’s always a few half finished projects in our backyard. We’ve been hosting for a couple of years now and love it! We’ve met so many lovely people and really enjoy sharing our little van for the happy traveler! 💛 The Caravan is exclusively yours to use! :) it contains beds and kitchenette. Guest bathroom and shared toilet in the house (at the back) and laundry facilities downstairs. You’re welcome to swim in the pool and have a wonder through the back yard. Children must be supervised at all times though. Please let us know if your kiddos are having a swim and please be with them at all times while in or near the pool. We are friendly people that love to say hello, but will mostly stay out of your way. We’ve been hosting for a little while now and love it. I have travelled the globe and have worked as a Chef for many years, so I have a good understanding and appreciation of travel and adventure and understand people’s needs as guests. We look forward to having you stay in our cute little home away from home Caravan 🌸🥂🏝🧡🚌🗺 Quiet family neighborhood, 5 minutes in car from main street in Ipswich. A typical style of street in Ippy with lots of workers cottages, Queenslanders, and post war homes. We are 3.1kms to the main Hospital and 2.8km to Queens park that has the Japanese gardens and Australian wildlife zoo. There's a huge childrens play ground there too. There's a gorgeous water park with bbq facilities only 1.7km away (20 min walk) that also has a lovely boardwalk along the river, where you can even walk across the Historical Ipswich bridge and go shopping at Riverlink shopping centre. (Kmart, target all that stuff) Great link what to do in Ipswich most things listed in this website is approx 3 to 6 minutes from our location. (Website hidden by Airbnb) Also worth checking out- - Ipswich Nerima Gardens - Limestone Park (great for exercise) - Denmark Hill Conservation Reserve - Riverlink Shopping Centre - Thai Massage Therapy ;) - Ipswich Antique Centre and Cafe -Rafter and Rose Cafe - Laneway Cafe - Pumpyard bar and brewery -Ungermann Brothers Icecreamery (amazing!) The owner was on Masterchef. - 5 mins in car to Coles and officeworks. -There's a bus stop right out the front of the house that goes every 20 minutes into Booval shopping centre and near Aldi. Bus doesn’t run on Sundays. Our smallest dog Matilda is intimidated easily by new people so avoid patting her on the back it can make her grouchy. She will come to you once she knows your not a threat. Clancey the slightly larger dog loves a Pat and is very chilled and gets very excited to meet new people. He’ll probably howl in glee! Lol 😆
