Recently renovated to the highest standard, the property offers luxury accommodation within walking distance to the renowned gastropub, The Goshawk and train station, offering a service to Chester within 10 minutes. *** Please note this listing is in a small, quiet village. Due to this - and in respect of our neighbours- this rental is not suitable for parties or for groups of people wanting to be up late into the night. We have a strict cut off of 21:00 for outside noise levels/ music to be stopped. Houses with young families are nearby. We have a no smoking policy (inc. grounds), please respect this. There are 3 acres of land to explore (including our 2 miniature shetland ponies; Dougie and Dillan who always welcome a carrot) Well behaved dogs welcome. Payable on arrival £10 per night per dog. With regards to the hot tub; as part of our commitment to the enhanced clean, we will be changing the hot tub water and fully sanitising the hot tub between bookings. Therefore, there is a chance that the water won’t be up to temperature for the first night of your booking As we live locally in the village we can be as present or invisible as you require. Mouldsworth is a delightful village that lies in the heart of some of Cheshire's most unspoilt and beautiful countryside. Wider amenities are close at hand with the centre of Chester being just 9 miles away and further comfortable access to other centres including Frodsham, Knutsford and Tarporley. In the centre of the village is the Goshawk Public House and Mouldsworth railway station which is within walking distance of the property and is on the Chester/Manchester line providing regular services. There is a regular train service to Liverpool (taking approx. 30 mins) from Frodsham railway station, which is just 4 miles (10 mins) away by car.
