Our 1 bedroom unit is in a compound located in Bantayan, Dumaguete City. Completado Unit 1 is at the ground floor for ease of access. The unit has it's own bedroom good for 2 - 3 persons (semi-double sized bed), a spacious washroom, compact kitchenette with fire protection and alarm system. The units are provided with basic appliances which are mainly new. Our newly constructed units were designed considering the safety and comfort of the guests. It is a modern type apartment and each unit is furnished with our own personal touch. What makes it special is that the privacy of the guests since it is a compound where they will only be with fellow guests from other units. The property is 5 mins from City Mall, 3 mins from St. Paul, 15 mins from the downtown, 20 mins from the public market. And just a few mins away from the port and airport. You would only use mainly "pedicab" to move your way around the city. Guests can access the unit that they booked and the parking lot. Whenever I'm available I'll make sure that I will socialize with my guests however, in my absence, a dedicated supervisor (who speaks fluent english) of the building will be made available to ensure that the needs of the guests will be attended. I'm always available thru AirBNB's messaging. It's a peaceful place to stay with friendly neighbors. Since it is a compound, privacy is assured. Few minutes away from key locations. The easiest way to move around is through a tricycle or pedicab. (motorcycle with a side car). The compound offer parking slots for motorcycle and small vehicles. COVID19 SAFETY PRECAUTIONS: We require to all visitors/ guests to exercise the strictest precautions possible to help curb the transmission of COVID19. Please confirm that you agree the following statements: a.) You are not Experiencing any of these symptoms ( fever, cough, shortness of breath and runny nose). b) You do not have COVID19 awaiting the results from being tested for COVID19. c) You have not been in contact with any known or suspected cases of COVID19 in the past 14 days. d) You have not returned or been in contact wirh anyone else who has returned from overseas in the past 14 days. Guests should show a copy of their identification when entering the compound for safety and security. Free welcome drinks are available in the tray ( 2 bottles of water, 2 pack of instant 3in1 coffee, 2 bags of tea) Food and beverages consumed in the mini store/cabinet/refrigerator will be charged upon guests check out. Refer to the price list shown on the refrigerator. Breakfast can be ordered, prices are listed in the menu.
