Our farm has cattle, sheep, chickens, ducks and the occasional pig! We have wild Daffodil meadow flowering from March to April. We are not an intense Farm, during planting and harvest there maybe a small amount of tractor noise or farm smells. There is a large car park and beautiful courtyard featuring flower beds which incorporate architectural farm finds. My husband and I live in the main farmhouse with 4 year old twins and can be as on hand as you like or alternatively we can leave you entirely alone, we both work so sometimes you we may not be able to deal with requests for a few hours. Check in will either be done personally or on some occasions the key will be in the fob. Our farm is a short walk from English Heritages St Marys Norman church which is a fascinating site. The renowned Daffodil way footpath runs along the boundary of our Farm along with other great footpaths on your doorstep. We also have a sensational Daffodil meadow on the farm with a wealth of nature within it. We are just under 3 miles from the village of Much Marcle where the Historic house of Hellens manor is located, close by there is Westons Visitor Centre and also a country pub in the village. Eastnor Castle, Symonds Yat and the Malvern Hills are a short drive away. Outdoor activities in abundance will be found in the Forest of Dean, including canoeing, climbing, fishing, golf, horse riding and cycling. For children, there is the Wye Valley Visitor Centre , with its maze, butterfly Zoo, miniature golf and laser tag, the Birds of Prey Centre Newent. There is a great outdoor children's area at Weston's visitor Centre I often find Grandparents minding children in the outdoor park whilst parents are on a Cider tour! Hereford, Malvern, Gloucester and Regency Cheltenham with its racecourse are all within easy driving distance. We are out in the sticks so a car is needed. We are 7 miles from Ledbury train station.
