Situated on Long Hai untouched beach, just 02-hour driving from Hochiminh city, my 03-bedroom villa is a perfect place for a short excursion from Saigon. - Luxury modern villa with a full kitchen, BBQ area, spacious patio, green surroundings and open rooftop - Facilities include: huge infinity pool, gym, kid club, playground, parking & tuk-tuk transfer. - Closed to the restaurants and local seafood market - Attractions: Minh Dam historical site, Zen Monastery TrucLam, Whale cemetery in PhuocHai. My villa is in Oceanami Villas & Beach Club. The villa has 02 floors and a rooftop. First floor: On entering the villa you are met with light and spacious open plan living. The living - and dining room opens onto the patio and green space. The dining room features a marble table, which sits up to 08 persons. A designer sofa in the living room makes for relaxing and comfortable entertaining. The fully equipped western style kitchen, including one large fridge, makes cooking and cleaning are quick and easy. From the living room, you enter the master bedroom. Here you will find a king-sized bed with view of the green space. The bedroom is complete with a flat-screen TV, a dressing table. Satellite TV with over 150 international & local channels including HBO, Star Movies, BBC, CNN, and other popular English channels. The shower and toilet are separated to better assure of privacy, hygiene, and ease of access. Second floor (access by outside stair) There are 01 double and 01 twin bedroom. Each bedroom offers an astounding view of the compound of Oceanami Resort and Minh Dam Mountain. Each bedroom is air-conditioned with en-suite bathrooms. Each bathroom consists of a shower and a sink. Open rooftop: is a perfect area to enjoy BBQ feast or just simply chilling out & watching sunset. You can access all rooms of the villa except the storeroom on the left side of the living room. Since I live offsite, I will be in communication with you via email. sms, phone call... Every massage will be responded within 02 hours or less. One person is dedicated to welcome you onsite, escort you to the villa and remain at your disposal. Long Hải is a coastal town in southeastern Vietnam. It’s known for its untouched sandy beaches and seafood sellers. On a beachside hill, Dinh Cô Temple is guarded by 2 white lion statues. Mộ Cô Temple is the site of a yearly pilgrimage that brings hundreds of fishing boats to the area. Above the town, the caves of Minh Đạm hill were used as a wartime base. The hilltop has panoramic views over the bay and surrounding plains. - Breakfast is not included in your room rate. There are several options for your choice: 1. Buffet breakfast in La Maison restaurant at 350k/pax (reservation is needed & rate is subject to change without prior notice). 2. Trying local food in Phuoc Hai town which is 06 km away. 3. Prepare by yourself. - Check-in time is 2:00 pm & check-out time is 12:00 pm. Any request for early check-in or late check-out is subjected to availability and might involve extra charge as well. - Cleaning service is implemented after check-out.
